Our Client is a Leading Healthcare Group, looking to take their Recruitment capability to the next level. They are looking for strategic Talent Acquisition leader to drive and facilitate this.

With strong recent business growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proven international leader to put a real stamp on what is still a relatively nascent Recruitment function.

Job Role:

Reporting into the Group HR Director, you will play an integral part in developing a best in class Recruitment function

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with leadership to form the strategic approach to improving the output of the Recruitment function.
  • Continuous development of a high-performing Recruitment Team, delivering across the region. Including driving appropriate metrics, tracking, and reporting
  • Responsible for building and maintaining hands-on relationships with wider HR and business leaders.
  • Propose, construct, and execute key initiatives including (but not limited to) social media, branding, diversity, entry-level hiring, and workforce planning strategies

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience inhouse within Hospitals, Healthcare and related industries is a must.
  • Proven ability directly managing internal relationships with both local and international HR leaders, business stakeholders, and Recruitment team members – you will be asked to articulate on this
  • Recent experience successfully managing Executive level hiring processes, both directly and via strong search firm relationships, is necessary
  • Demonstrable experience building the capability of internal Recruitment teams – a coach and mentor as well as driving the execution of realistic targets
  • Gravitas, with the ability to build trust, influence, and execute on an international level
  • Highly collaborative outlook and a promoter of innovation in Resourcing – able to talk eloquently on the latter
  • Prior experience leading new-look social media, branding, diversity, entry-level hiring, and workforce planning strategies would be hugely beneficial
