My Client is looking for an experienced, talented, enthusiastic Account Strategist to join their team. You will be working with Tier 1 advertisers from the contract to implementation as well as help with optimizing the ad campaigns for both the company and inventory partners. You will also be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling post sale communications with the client partners. In this role you will have to monitor and optimize existing campaigns to help with increasing the revenue and margins, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with clients. Responsibilities include providing dedicated account management to advertisers and agencies in the ME market, holding regular client meetings at different levels in the advertiser’s organization, constantly monitoring and analysis of the partner’s campaign performance, responsible for bookings, revenue and up-selling the accounts residing in your book of business, cross selling and upselling new product propositions to owned accounts, effectively delivering on quarterly targets, and encouraging feedback from customers to enhance the products and services, etc
The ideal candidate for this role must have a University Degree and at least 4 years experience with exposure to managing direct client relationships, delivering service on on-line performance media (agencies, retargeting companies, affiliates, emailing, search etc.), Strong knowledge of the ME on-line market, Passion for interactive media and performance based display advertising Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops preferred, Strong analytical skills. Must be very proficient in Excel (formulas, vlookups, modeling), Strong track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention, Experience in a fast-paced environment, and/or online advertising environment
