I am working with a Leading Multinational Company in the Financial Services Industry and they are looking for an experienced L&D Partner to join their business

This role covers the Middle Eastern Region and requires travel across the GCC

Responsibilities:

  • The L&D Partner is responsible for delivering a continuous performance development experience for all colleagues. This will be delivered by coordinating delivery of learning materials within expected timeframes using a variety of delivery models
  • Delivering a continuous performance development experience
  • Coordinate delivery of learning materials within expected timeframes using a variety of different models
  • Facilitate and deliver development programmes to Manager levels across all functions & business areas e.g. Compliance, Finance, HR, IT using adult learning and instructional design principle
  • Deliver, implement and support global L&D and business initiatives with Management and Leadership Teams across all business areas of the local geography. This includes Retail, Support Functions and Partners & Business Development
  • Monitoring local Leadership Teams to ensure that every colleague receives an induction and ongoing development experience in line with consistent global standards and local requirements
  • Put in place appropriate interventions / re-training of Managers where necessary
  • Demonstrate effectiveness of L&D interventions through providing monthly training measurement reports. This includes data collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation
  • Partner with the L&D Content Manager to design and develop original and engaging content for all levels of  the learning community, which supports their continuous learning activities
  • Support and coach the technical and behavioural development of Support Trainers & Support Team Buddies
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager to proactively identify local training activities, opportunities, agendas and schedules
  • Owning the relationships with local stakeholder relationships in order to deliver specific development needs across all business areas of the local geography
  • Communicating progress and issues relating to the training / development strategy and goals to the L&D Manager and local Leadership Group

Requirements:

  • To be considered for this role you need to have the following key requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience as a Team Leader or similar
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, facilitation techniques and training measurement
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Be willing to travel across the GCC on a monthly basis
  • Prior working experience in the UAE
  • Need to be based in the UAE to be considered for this role
