Inspire Selection are working with an Abu Dhabi based restaurant chain who are looking to hire an experienced Pastry Sous Chef for a new opening role


  • Manage the day to day operations of the pastry and bakery kitchen
  • Produce a wide variety of baked goods following both traditional and modern recipes
  • Design a varied and creative menu
  • Manage and train a small culinary team
  • Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with restaurant staff and customers regarding custom made orders
  • Monitor stock and insure the availability of required products


  • Ideally a hospitality school graduate
  • Able to demonstrate career progression
  • Minimum two to three years leading a small team
  • Holder of a professional qualification/pastry certificate
  • Able to demonstrate a creative portfolio
  • Exposed to European cuisine/palate
