For a Leading FMCG company based in Dubai, we are looking for a Sales Manager for one of their offices in Mumbai.
- The ideal candidate for this role should have approx’ 7 years experience in food solutions in India. Must have previous experience of establishing, developing and managing a distributor network in India within the food service sector. You will have 30+ indirect reports including Territory Sales Managers. Must have a proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team.
- We are looking for person, who is motivated, is a self starter, can take the ‘bull by the horns’ so to speak. You will be developing and managing the distributor network and should be able to set targets, give performance incentives, evaluate performance, make changes where required, etc You must experience in driving sales growth and brand awareness.
- This company is looking to expand their operations and this is a key position to do that. Key accountables for this role will include achieving sales targets, managing the network, sales forecasting, leadership and development, cost management etc.
